Guidelines for Shipping

1. Delivery Time:

The New American Store is worldwide business, offers to sell all over the countries. The product takes 8 to 10 business days from process to shipment after payment clearance. When we ship your package, we will deliver you an email regarding your product shipping and tracking detail. But if, any delay happens with the timings and estimated duration crossed out then you can contact us via email for product inquiry with quick response.

We provide FREE SHIPPING OVER $35 but in the case of urgent our policies are made on Expedite Shipping cost $30, it takes 04 to 06 business days from process to deliver the product at your doorstep.

2. Shipment:

All of the products are stored at our warehouse including jackets and coats.

We deliver orders by express courier services like FedEx and DHL which are most widely known for secure and fast shipping.

Additionally, you will be provided a code for tracking the status of your order. Leather Icon provides the tracking code which helps you get the latest updates of the order shipment towards its destination.

In case you are not available at order arrival time, do notify someone for picking up your order on your behalf and sign it for you. You can also contact courier service if you want to reschedule your order’s shipment.

3. Acknowledgment:

Once you place an order, you will get a receipt which consists of complete invoice details of your product.

If you don’t get any receipt, then you must note that your order hasn’t been registered into our order system. If you want to clarify, you should contact the concerned person through email.

4. Tracking Details:

You will get a tracking code for your latest order details along with the progress of its shipment. The notice also contains the shipment date as well as the expected delivery date.

5. Late Delivery:

If your order fails to be delivered on time at your location, you will be returned the amount or shipment will be scheduled accordingly.

You can also contact us in case of late delivery by providing us the tracking code to check the order status further.

6. In Case of Defect/Damage:

In case, you find your product defective or damaged, do return it immediately within the 7 days. After the specified period, no return would be accepted.
